The need for efforts to support the National Literacy Movement in the form of cultural and civic literacy education and fostering a sense of tolerance among digital natives in Indonesia is one of the things behind this research.

However, the importance and function of each of these three languages ββis still not realized by digital natives as a portrait of harmony and tolerance that must be maintained.
In fact, within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia, this trigatra of languages, namely Indonesian, regional languages ββand foreign languages, each has an important position as the main unifying tool, a symbol of diversity that must be preserved, and one of the parameters of a nations competitiveness in the world.
Then, related to the use of language in daily speech in cyberspace.
Data shows that 49.52% of netizens are digital natives, namely a generation of native technology speakers who are able to use technology as well as breathe.
However, politeness in language and behavior becomes degraded along with openness of expression.
Hate speech that has the potential to trigger a rift in harmony is easy to find.
In fact, this is the generation that is vulnerable to being exposed to things that have the potential to destroy cultural identity and crack civic insight within the framework of harmony and tolerance.
The aim of creating this application is to strengthen cultural literacy and citizenship learning based on three languages ββto foster a sense of tolerance for digital natives students.
